How long will it take to receive the item/s I ordered?

We know how exciting it is to receive Mary Spritz products immediately! Depending on your designated shipping address, shipping may take approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the date of the order’s fulfillment. It can also be as early as 1 week depending on your location!

Please consider, though, that there are instances of high order volume such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, and the Holidays. Turnaround time for shipping may be longer during these instances.

Do you offer product Guarantee or Warranty?

You can send a product back to us within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will readily offer you a refund or a replacement without any question. Do I have to pay duties and taxes for the items I purchased?

As required by law, Mary Spritz states the full value of your order for customs purposes, but no worries because most of our customers have had no issues with packages being stuck at customs. Customs policies and import duties, however, do vary by country. Thus, we recommend that you check with your local customs to be sure.
