Great piece of kit for Tidy Towns weeding
Rusty M.
After putting the pieces together the item is VERY flimsy. Can’t really put too much pressure on it to remove weeds. Felt like it was going to snap in half.

Every time I open the garage door and walk to the mailbox I do a quick scan of the lawn. It's not that big. Any weeds or mystery plants get "The Treatment" using this weeder. I am absolutely winning the war against them thanks to this tool. Now, the weeds tremble when I open the garage door and walk out. They are doomed!
Deborah G.
This is possibly the best single-use weeder on the market. It works perfectly taking the entire root out at once! It is very easy to use. And it's really nice as you get both your exercise, zen like meditation, and you do no harm to the environment.
Rosamond L.
As an aging landscaper and maintenance gardener, this is going to save my butt this season. We have a lot of thistle, cress, horse nettle and other clumpy kind of weeds where I work. This just takes them out of the ground. Root and all. Well constructed from quality materials. Way to go!
Nancy M.
It's pretty well made. The handle is telescopic and the bottom part that yanks out the weed is a strong metal that is literally screwed into the stick. I can't see someone destroying this thing that easily.
Margaret F.
This tool works awesome! I'm so thrilled that I can spend less time on this and also avoid using corrosive chemicals in most areas.
Vanessa L.
This tool is very well built. The handle and head are very solid and I have yet to encounter a situation where I worried I might break it. It definitely helps pull the whole weed out and even loosen the dirt around weeds or in tight areas to make sure you don’t leave bits behind.
Trevor B.
This is a simple but very clever tool. It works great for edging awkward shapes and especially for weeding brick walkways. Other tools are not comfortable to use.
Teresa D.
I have used this weeder for few days now and is already one of my favorite gardening tools. Far more effective and safer, than chemical weed-killers, this tool keeps weeds from popping back up for quite a while since it removes the plant including the roots.
William A.
Nice tool. Sturdy and feels good in your hand. Gets the weeds out - goes to the depth of the root.
Matthew K.
I use this for weeding, and it does exactly what it's supposed to do, freeing up the roots so you can pull the weed out with roots intact. Very well made with galvanized iron.
Ashley R.
I live near the foothills and have bricks that somehow welcomes in these mallow weeds with massive taproots. I am not even remotely exaggerating when I say that I can put on gloves, wrap my hands around the root, and lean my entire 130 lbs of body weight back and either a) make no impact whatsoever, or b) snap the above ground parts off, leaving the taproot to return to haunt me another day. My strong-as-an-ox husband has no better luck. I was very skeptical that this thing was going to do the trick. I was WRONG. This is gardening's best kept secret. In a matter of maybe 5 minutes (I was just trying to test it out), this tool had cleanly popped out the entire taproots of dozens upon dozens of weeds, saving me hours of work and LOADS of back pain. I'd previously given up on an area of my yard, but I think, with this tool, I might be able to take it back with my new secret weapon.
Frances H.
Oh my god, I friggin' love this tool. I bought this on a whim given my husband and I bought our first house and know nothing about caring for a yard and boy has it come in handy. Our new house had a ton of weeds in the front yard and this tool helped me get most of them out in no time. In fact, the process of yanking out the weed was strangely satisfying! I don't think anyone can say that weeding is fun but this tool made it as close to fun as you can get, especially when you see a long root along with the weed you pulled.

I received this weeder today, and I was immediately impressed with the strong yet simple design. The metal head is heavy and solid, and the handle is sturdy. I thought I would try it out and pull just a few weeds before dinner- my bricks flooring needs a lot of help but I don't use chemicals. So an hour goes by in a flash, and I had uprooted several hundred weeds and I only stopped because it was getting dark! It was actually fun. I have both dandelions and false dandelions - the later are a bit tricky because the roots are woodier and more brittle than dandelion roots, so they break off easily at ground level if you try to weed by hand. This tool got the whole thing out, and made very short work of the dandelions, taking out the whole tap root even from my heavy, compacted lawn. All I had to do was aim right and it did the work for me. I didn't even have gloves on and I didn't break a sweat. The handle was smooth and comfortable. Great product!
Michael M.
I love this tool. It looks so simple, but it is the only tool with the right leverage to get all of the dandelion root, or uproot many other kinds of weeds and unwanted grasses. This weeder has a very nice solid handle and is built strong and sturdy. There's really nothing like it.
Bryan S.
Absolutely love this weeder! With critters and grandkids running around, we keep everything organic and really prefer manual removal of weeds when possible. I've only used it a few days but have already pulled hundreds of weeds and it feels sturdy and tough. Best of all, it pulls out the roots like nothing I've ever seen! I've used this for hours without back strain or sore arms. The simple but ingenious design makes pulling and bending unnecessary. Loved this so much, I told all the neighbors about it!
